My Service Process
If you’re planning your wedding photography in Copenhagen, Odense, or anywhere in Denmark, my service process is thoughtfully designed — from the first “hello” to the delivery of your wedding memories — to create high-quality images while keeping the experience effortless for you as a couple.
How We Work Together – Step by Step

01. THE FIRST "HELLO"
I've received your message, and now it's time to launch the virtual rocket! I'll drop you an email with options for dates & hours to schedule an online meeting where we get to know each other and I'll align my skills & and experience with your elopement or wedding vision.

02. ONLINE MEETING & ITINERARY
It's online meeting time and we put in a mix your wishes together with my planning, locations & suggestions in an itinerary that I call "The Wedding Photographic Plan". We choose or adapt a package fitting the itinerary & and your wishes. We will also discuss copyrights, privacy and other small details.

03. AGREEMENT & DEPOSIT
After our online meeting, I will prepare and send you an email encompassing the finalized agreement with the itinerary, a deposit request, and a concise checklist highlighting any remaining details to be seamlessly addressed on the fly until your elopement or wedding date.

04. BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Once the deposit is paid, I will confirm via email that you booked me. I will invite you to a Google Calendar Event for your Wedding Day in which are written the meeting time, meeting point, the wedding photographic plan and all of our phone numbers. In this way, everyone has easy access to the most vital information.

05. FOLLOW-UP BEFORE THE WEDDING
One week before your big day, I will send you a follow-up email to ensure everything is on track and to see if you need any further assistance. We can make small adjustments if needed and offer suggestions for your final steps before your elopement or wedding day.

06. CAPTURING YOUR WEDDING DAY
Utter the words "Yes, I do" and live the moments that I will forever capture through my lens. Whether you're celebrating with your family or having a private dance on one of the Danish streets, I will ensure that your wedding is captured in a spontaneous, fun and easy-going way.

07. REST DUE BALANCE & SNEAK PEEK
In 48-72 hours after your celebration, I'll tease you by providing you with a sneak peek of the day's magic. Swift, delightful, and ready to be shared with your nearest and dearest! Additionally, you can anticipate the request of the rest of the payment.

08. THE DELIVERY OF YOUR MEMORIES
Following a meticulous editing and retouching process, within 2 weeks, I present to you a comprehensive gallery showcasing the finest moments of your wedding day. This collection includes both photography and/or films, meticulously curated to align seamlessly with your selected package.

09. MINOR ADJUSTMENTS
If, upon reviewing your elopement / wedding photographs and films, you would like a little bit something extra: maybe more photos from a specific scenario or location, want a black and white picture in the color version, or anything else, I am here to make those small adjustments - free of charge.

Express Packages
between 1-3.5 Hours
My Express Packages are for couples who want short photo and/or video coverage for portrait sessions, engagement proposals, elopements, and civil or municipal weddings such as those at Copenhagen City Hall. I will help you select the locations, timings, and all the small details to create something personal and memorable.
Classic Packages
between 6-12 Hours
The Classic Packages are for couples who are getting married in a traditional way, with a religious ceremony at a church or another location. These options are for couples who want to capture the most meaningful moments from half a day to a full day, including preparations, ceremony, reception, or dinner, in a natural and heartfelt way.
